Our Database Program is for retailers who desire to build their own website around Lieberman's provided data and fulfillment services. There is an annual cost of $500 to participate in this program.

Lieberman's will provide you with a database file of all of our 150,000+ art prints that we carry. This data includes the artwork title, artist name, paper size, image size, retail price, publisher item number, and categorization information. You'll also be given web resolution JPEG's of all images in regular and thumbnail sizes.

Lieberman's updates this data on a daily basis, proactively working with publishers to process discontinued items, add new artwork as they are released, and correct and update any data changes or inconsistencies in paper size, image representation, and retail price. Receive a daily or weekly feed via FTP with changes and updates, or download the entire database on demand when needed.

In the database file Lieberman's also provides categorization of all artwork. All artwork is carefully categorized into several different artwork categories including by subject matter, dominant color, and genre. Our detailed level of categorization and sub-categorization is a major competitive advantage to our data. With 150,000 images, categorization is essential to make it easy for a customer to find the artwork he or she is looking for.

We maintain a local stock of art prints in our own inventory, place purchase orders with the art publishers, and package, label, and ship all orders from our facility. Outgoing orders are labeled with your brand, similar to a drop shipping program, so the end customer is always presented with the face of your company. Orders are shipped so you can track the packages allowing you to always know the status of each item.

Lieberman's goes beyond simply consolidating orders and now maintains a physical inventory of our most popular prints. All of these items are available for same day shipping which is extremely important around the holidays, providing our customers with a competitive advantage.

For tech savvy programmers, Lieberman's also provides custom framing services to its Database Program participants. We offer a selection of over 50 moldings, 100 mats, and non-glare and regular glass and plexi-glass with a quick turnaround time as fast as 5 days from receipt of order. We provide a Web Services API where you pass in the piece of art and the framing configuration and it passes back a preview image and detailed pricing information. Our IT team can coach your developers through the coding process so your website will have a framing tool integrated and displayed properly on your website. We would encourage all customers who participate in the Database Program to make this an essential part of their offering. Without online custom framing capabilities, you will not be as competitive as other online art sellers.
